Morellonomicon inhibits player decision making.

Before the changes to mana regen, Morellonomicon had a huge problem involving people having infinite mana so they reworked mana regen. Now in current meta, I feel like were back into the same lul of AP carries having infinite mana. In fact, having lost chapter itself feels like it gives infinite mana in lane. Having that sort of infinite mana in my honest opinion inhibits the players from having to make decisions using their spells.

Id like to hear other peoples thoughts on this matter.
