Im having issues playing kai'sa

I like kai'sa she is really fun to play. I am wanting to main her but I keep losing in lane. it most definitely is usually my fault but then there is a yuumi support vs brand support. That one pains me however generally it is my fault. I don't know if its my items or im going the wrong build or something. I Will say I should not get to greedy as I'm really bad at that. Either way my Point is I want to main kai'sa but am having a lot of issues. I tend to use moba fire but maybe its not the right one for me to use. What runes do yall run /item builds? I am most definitely in need of advice.

I haven't played kai in a while because she randomly stopped being as fun for me as other champs are. But I used to go either Lethal tempo or press the attack. always did coup de gras and overheal though because I am not the best at dodging attacks I always used bloodline though for the LS. I don't remember my exacct secondary runes for her but they were always sorcery. Good luck [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
