Kled's passive states that courage would build up when attacking epic monsters. It seems that for the entire game, Skaarl wouldn't show up until I recalled. Consider this a bug that needs to be fixed for Kled mains to be happy in the jungle. Thank you.

Epic monsters are only Vilemaw, Drag, Baron, and Herald.
