Don't Queue if you're not going to play

If you're not going to click accept in that queue or you're not going to ban or lock in, get out of queue. Stop wasting the time of those who actually want to rank. I know queue takes a long time because matchmaking sucks, but please pay attention to the queue timer. I just sat through 4-5 champ selects with a friend because someone didn't ban or didn't lock in. That's not counting the times we didn't even get into the lobby because someone didn't accept.
