Rengar is so bad

After the assassins rework I saw how op and fun all the other assasins looked but when I saw rengar I was dissapointed, ok I understand that he needed to be fixed and nerfed but this was way to much. He is completely useless without his ultimate or in a bush but who fights in a bush, when you need to gank you aren't going to be staying in a bush all the time its completely stupid. Yea there are games where rengar can be fed and one shot like its nothing even while they are at the fountain but thats only when he is fed and even then he can only one shot and then hes back to being useless because he needs bushes to be good. Lets look at kha zix, he can one shot easily and just jump right out if he needs to because of his envolved e, lets look at talon, he can one shot and just jump over walls, lets look at kayn,kat,zed, ekko. As you can see there is a pattern here where they have moves that can help them escape, and lets be real ok rengar does have a qss in his empowered w but lets be real if you go all in you waste everything on empowered q or you wont even have enough feriocity to have for an empowered w so there is nothing you can do. Also they have constantly nerfed rengar and looking at the other asssassins constantly being played and doing well it bothers.
