Hecarim being number one jungler:

I just want to address Hecarim having the highest win rate on OP.GG in the jungle.

I'm a silver player so the rankings on OP.GG will not be affected by my win rates personally but I just want to put it out there that Hecarims win rates being the highest was not the case before the new jungle and the new mastery 'Courage of the Colossus'

That being said all of the following champs with high win rates are all heavy CC junglers and would just like to suggest that if there are to be nerfs/changes that are needed then maybe they should be aimed at the mastery.

I will not hide that Hecarim is a strong jungler but I want riot to consider the strength of mastery before giving Hecarim un-necessary nerfs
