Add the Grievous Wounds debuff to a tank item?

Just occurred to me that tanks don't really have the option to apply the Grievous Wounds debuff since they don't have a item with it targeted for them. Is that intentional? I don't know how needed this is but I'd just thought to mention it.

I don't know how good it would be to add it to Thornmail but you know, an armor of thorns -> grievous wounds maybe fits? It would probably suck, health regen/healers are usually ap/magic damage so...

Anyone else got any ideas on this?
