Dear Riot, Can we PLEASE get some sort of, "vote kick" during champion select?

Reporting someone at the end of the match is too late!

I play mostly ranked games. Yes, i'm in the lower rankings which i assume makes a difference. There are so many people who want to harass and/or call a lane when last pick, which pisses everyone off. Or if people don't like something (and it could be anything) they will threaten to feed all game or something.

There are problems with bad behavior at champion select, and reporting someone at the end of the game, or simply clicking ignore doesn't help when the game is already blown. I would like to see some kind of vote kick during champion select. I don't know whether it is best to re-que at that point, or give someone the option to enter a champion select on progress. But this NEEDS to happen. If it did mean longer times in champion select, I believe our ranked game players will not mind the extra time if it means bad behavior stays out and their game isn't ruined!

I would like to hear if anyone else has experiences with bad behavior during champion select. Also, does anyone else have any ideas on how to handle this problem BEFORE the game starts?
