Aatrox can Get almost 100% lifesteal with certain items

Lord Zeta 1313··1 votes·1,947 views

item 3072 item 3812 item 3065 with his E passive gives him almost 100% lifesteal with the new buffs 40%+15%+20%=75% plus the 30% increase from spirit is 97.5% lifesteal.

Now all you need is another life-steal item or an elixer of wrath to put you over the edge

Then someone buys a Morellonomicon and reduces it by 40% while getting other good stats, and you realized they just countered you without sacrificing anything in their build. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

...the only thing that will work with his kit is DD and Spirit, you'd have to be consistantly autoing to make use of BT, and thats one thing current aatrox doesn't do. Getting "100%" wont matter if you cant even kill anything.
