They can just make it so when you queue SOLO you play versus SOLO players and not premades , it won't fix the issue but it'll be a start of some sort .

This isn't an issue by the modes standards. It puts you on a more "equal" setting when you first use a champ in a certain role and bases it off that when searching for teams. Its not just off your MMR, but off of your ability with a champion at a specific MMR that is different than others.

Team builder is no more imbalanced than blind pick. TBH I think it's better than blind pick because it lets you actually play the role you want instead of having to deal with "mid or feed"
