Veigar... Veigar gameplay is completely dead. I dont care what people say, the delay on his E has completely killed him. if someonetower dives you, you have no hope. Now it could be that im bad or jusy horrible with timing but pleaze riot please, change his E back to what it was ;-;

the E change forces him to play passivley because he is incapable of defending himself to ganks or general 1v1ing in the mid lane, forcing him to towerhug.
and ofc, the ultimate change was a flat nerf.
his low mana pool means he needs to stay above 60%total to full combo someone, which is quite difficult to do, if im effective in my farming attempting to get all 6 AP per wave i will end up with a relative 20% mana pool constantly (assuming my first back was a second dorans ring and codex) otherwise i will oom even with the mana regen from passive because his base mana costs are ridiculously high. and ill be waiting to go back up to ~80mana just to Q.
if i want to get double Q action going on for my farm to try and save a little bit of mana here and there, im now pushing the wave to the enemy turret asking to be ganked, and without a protective skill its suicide. id rather be a karthus or xerath going ham.
where was this "compensation" riot spoke of?

My advice? Git gud, Veigar's amazing. The stun offered no counterplay, hence why it got the short delay.
If anything, yeah, you're just bad.

Also, you are repeating riot with no counterplay for Veigar, you didnt complain before. Ohh and btw, you know that items exist to counterplay ap champions or stuns? probably not, if you had you wouldnt lose every ranked game ;D
AzureInTheDark1 votesI don't see what my Ranked record has to do with me knowing how Veigar works and plays. And just because I'm repeating Riot doesn't make it any less true. Sure, I wasn't exactly complaining about it when it was instant, but that's because that's how good it was.
Even so, it's still relatively easy to land if you can predict the enemy's movement well enough. I do know that items exist to counterplay AP champs, stuns, roots, and the like, but there's little to no point if you don't have the damage or item build you need to get around it.
I'm a relatively decent player at this game. Ranked just isn't for me.

On a 10 game win streak all cuz of the short tiny minuscule master of evil
He's trash tier during laning phase(unless your junglers got you a few ganks) But then once the teamfights start, you catch up and start snowballing like crazy. He isn't even about the 100-0, its about his stun.. and then his stun and 100-10 AOE late-mid game.
