Veigar Update

I think veigars new rework is a step in the right direction but needs to be tweaked, the fact that his stun has a delay now i think is down right crazy. Whats a zed, yasuo, kassassdin, Ahri or anyother champ with a rapid movemnt dash or blink gonna do when they see that circle on the ground? they gonna get the hell out of dodge. Do they not relize how hard its gonna be to stun anyone now?? .75 seconds a pretty damn long time in game. granted i knwo people will get stunned but its just gonna be alot harder now ( i like a challenege but i just feel this might be a bit much) ive noticed league is really iffy with their instant stuns or silences or anything thats a point and click thing. i just feel league should tweak his stun some more, maybe not quite as big of a delayor something.
