Reflect Grade in Ranked Advancement

Now that there's a letter grade associated with your game performance can it please be reflected in LP gains and losses? No one should be losing 21 LP in a game where they got S rank that they lost because someone disconnected or the tank wouldn't leave top lane. Solo Queue ranked progression needs to consider more individual ratings. It is called "Solo" queue after all. I'm not saying anyone should ever gain LP for losing a game but some of the loss should at least be mitigated by performing well.

It's a team game, your solo performance is irrelevant if your team loses.

If this system were implemented, you would get players attempting to raise their own grade to lessen LP loss in a perceived loss as opposed to trying to win.

It's the same reason Pete Rose was banned from baseball for betting on his own team - making decisions for your team that do not relate to the inherent rewards of winning put into place is corrupt.
