Sheild Bash

Shield Bash is kinda bad in general. It's not even good on Riven, and she gets a billion shields.

I'd love it if they made it so that all attacks/spells while shielded get a small boost in damage based on current shield health, not just one attack.

Yeah. I always want to take it when Im using a jungler with a shield, facing a stronger enemy jungler. It's such a nice little rune, too bad though :')
