What is the most off meta Champion build you have seen?

With people constantly trying to change the meta, ideas of both good and bad roots are bound to pop up. I want to know what the craziest off-meta champion builds you have seen are, whether that be AD Annie, or something even moreso odd.

ADC Viktor item 3031 item 3072 item 3094 item 3087 item 3812 item 3006 Carried so hard, I don't even know how I succeeded. We still lost that game :/

AD support Nasus with smite. I wish I was kidding

The most successful one, however... Bruiser Thresh top. Started out building mostly tank. item 3065 item 3075. Then he got these. item 3100 item 3115 item 3089

He was pretty weak until about 50 minutes in, where he could 1v3. He had 320 souls at that point.

I have played AD thresh mid a few times, and one of my firends has now played AP Lucian Mid twice, so I would have to say those are the strangest.

Not sure if DPS Azir would count since i see most ppl build AP Azir.
