Well is Pyke in patch 9.13 is a big nerf to him. Since you can't farm minions, push lane, with your Q along not being an Aoe no more, with his E unable to damage non champions only stunning is a giant nerf in my opinion since you can't solo lane properly nor, grab hard to reach minions to help your ad carry or your self if you are solo laning. The movement speed on his W is nice but won't be using it later in the game.
That's the point. Riot doesn't want him to be viable in a solo lane.
He deserves it. He shouldn't be solo laning, but also shouldn't be a support either. I wish he was never created at all.
I totally understand this nerf, considering he's supposed to be a support. However, Im sad cause it kills my favorite way to play Pyke..jg xD. Well at least as far as I can tell, they changed Q and E damage to champs only right?

That champion should not be viable outside of the Support role.
So Karma mid, Morgana mid and Zilean mid aren't viable then.
