Making Wukong New passive

I’m wondering since Wukong’s passive is a weaker version of an item called Gargoyle Stoneplate’s Active both called Stone skin. I was thinking that since wukong is getting rework we could think of changes for Wukong’s new passive to give him an edge on the newer champs.
