Lux is pretty much trash tier so far in Pre-Season... Perhaps it is time to buff her some more?

As the title says...

As someone who plays (having level 7), she feels quite weak in the pre-season - both damage wise and a lack of any good runes for her.

For compensation:

E: Lucent Singularity

Damage increased from 65/105/150/195/240 to 85/115/160/200/250

Slow increased from 25%/30%/35%/40%/45% to 50% all ranks

Mana costs decreased from 70/85/100/115/130 to 85 all ranks

R: Final Spark

Damage increased from 300/400/500 to 400/500/600; scaling increased from 75% to 100%.

Cooldown decreased from 80/65/50 to 70/55/30

If Final Spark kills an enemy champion, the ult is reset entirely.
