Nerf Syndra

just do too much damage during every stage of the game. After lvl 6 against her you need to play super safe because she has no counter play for most of the time. She can also zone you from your turret if she get a small lead. Late game she can just press ult on a carry and they die. The ult usually have no counter play because it will follow you wherever you go, so you can't even flash or anything. I don't think the nerf on the pbe will do much because her w will be able to do true damage. The cooldown on the ult is nothing because the damage is still there.
