Am I the only one annoyed with duo's in ranked when you're trying to solo queue, and you get that one duo every important match that feeds or is BM as heck and then afk's or rage quits after somebody doesn't surrender or tries to help them? I mean I honestly am, and I don't know how that could be stopped without taking out duo queues.. but I mean I would love if I could opt out of playing with duo queues on my team.

This is bias.
There are duo-queues in most games. You don't notice them. You only notice the really bad ones, and then associate that bad behaviour with duo players in general.
And it's certainly not limited to duos. Solo players are also often bad-mannered, AFK, or ragequit.
All I want when there is a duo for the game to tell me "These two people are a duo." That way I can adjust accordingly.
Nobody likes duoQers. If there was this option, they might aswell remove duoQ as there would be no 5th man in any team.
Maybe this is a sign you should duo yourself, at least so you have that 1 person you can rely on that will actually perform an not feed. You cant discount that everyone at some point has a bad game, no one has great games all the time. Seriously though having a duo partner will only help maybe make it easier for you or at least a better game experience.
