hard lane leona & vayne vs mf and jihn

ok i am silver 3 and recently i had this game. my adc wanted to be jihn but he was taken. i thought leona will be usefull with jihn. but they went with 2 adc and took away jihn, and my adc decided to go for vayne.

from the beginning i felt it would be very risky to go for all in, specially that we had no wave clear and we were behind 1 level or so most of the laming phase.

our only chance came when they were pushing and master yi was ready for a gank, so we tried. i landed my e-q combo on MF, but vayne was evaporated anyway.

looking for advice, did we just simply have a bad lane phase, is there anything a leona can do in this situation? I think if i had went for taric instead, we have a little sustain and we won't be bullied so easy. or maybe if i went an ap agresive caster, he would scared them from poking us too much. any opinions welcome..
