Because "real" URF is perceived as very harmful to the game's population. Even ARURF hurts population wise.

And (imo) real URF is absolute shyte thanks to the players.

They did.

Ryze, Sona, Karthus and Teemo were re-enabled.

I mean for the "random" part, as in let players roll any champion rather than just the ones they own.

Because you would see same 10 champs every game. I don't really like URF but after they made it random i started playing it much more
