PLEASE NERF TAHM KENCH!!!!

I was playing in ranked. I know she is nerfed but she is still strong. I was 9/3 with about 150 cs. Tahm is pushing lane. I decided to go defend since i am ahead with items. I was level 12 and the tahm level 13. He had and was building into , he also had I had . I engaged under my own turret and find myself not even tickling him. He started to fight back then the tower gave him 7 ish (cant remember) tower shots. He destroyed me under turret while me as an got 4 shot by a . He build full tank and still had the most damage in the enemy team. We lost he solo carried against an "fed" .

WHY IS THIS POSSIBLE WHYY.
