Sooooo..... Smite top maybe?

So I've been rolling the thought around in my head for a while... Shouldn't Fizz top with tp smite be super strong?

Fizz has a dorians shield for a passive early, and starts corrupting potion which gives him really nice trade potential with his w and e. Then he gets the challenging smite item and abuses the dmg reduction and the true dmg to make it impossible to trade with him or out damage him because he can just back of with his e. Then into blood razor from where he can probably kill any top laner from his shark disrupt, bonus dmg, and his invulnerability with his e... all while the dots from corrupting potion, his w, and challenging smite are ticking away. From there he gets something like deadmans or sunfire to get some innate damage along with some really nice tank stats.

It seems like this SHOULD work in a normal game right? And also since he has his e, he doesn't need flash so he can take smite tp.

The damage from bloodrazor and his w + the attack speed should make his damage pretty nice.
