Yasuo too weak

I recently played against a yas and despite me accidentily taking ahri runes I ended the game decently but in lane I fed 3 kills to yas and despite that he couldn't snowball, his engages seemed weak and the only point where he did giant amounts of damage was with 100 static charges

I think he might need a minor buff just to make it easier to snowball
