Shaco Build diversity

So I've been playing Shaco for a long time, after his recent numerous nerfs, I found that his AD is much more viable IN EVERY WAY. Before rework, you could build AP and that offered different benefits,(shiv damage poke and boxes nuke) while his AD offered different ones, (Crit Q crazy damage, ability to duel with autos). Now that his shiv is so weak and his boxes having a 5% ratio. I find a hard press reason to use AP. I loved for flexible building that brought different playstyles to him, but now I feel he's been bottleneck'd into only one viable play style. I KNOW that he has a high win rate in high elo but they are all building the same type of build. MY thought is, RIot, why go through the trouble of applying AP to his Q trying to set him up as a hybrid assassin, when Hextechgun was nerfed and all AP ratios were nerfed? Also since MR is so easy to get along with damage he has to have a lot of AP to stay relevant. He's being played a lot so Im sure RIot wont really change anything but I loved the freedom to use different styles, but there is literally nothing that AP shaco does better than AD Shaco, and that is first ever since I started playing him.

I dont know what should be done to bring back the versatility that I and many other shaco player liked but ... I'm just putting my cents in. I'm not complaining he's weak.. just limited.
