When will tribunal return?
I've been wanting to work on tribunal cases and wondering how will trolls be punished with tribunal in recess. Does anyone know when tribunal will return?

Leaverbuster bans the leavers already. Lyte has dropped hints about them working on a new system for anti-trolling, though it's not ready or they would have implemented it already. I believe all the cases are currently being handled by people.
I highly doubt we will see the tribunal returning without significant changes if at all. It worked well at first, until people realized they could troll people by hitting punish on every report, thus banning lots of minor/non offenders. It really fell short of its goal near the end and really highlighted the problems of giving the community any sort of power of punishment.
