Fastest Smurf Leveling?

I want to get my Smurf from level 20 to 30. I don't plan on playing against bots because that's just boring, so I'll play against players.

I was wondering though: Do the xp per win and xp per day boosts stack?

Also, what are some other methods are power leveling smurfs I could take into consideration?

Make each of your games as long as possible. If you end them quickily, you spend more time waiting for queue, selecting champ, and loading the game which do not yield any xp.

Boosts stack. Play bots. It might be boring, but it's also the most efficient way of leveling. Aside dominion, RIP
