Forgotten champs by riot balance team
would realy like to see a single patch focussed on these champs.
Just bored to see every patch same reworks getting new changes, give some hope to one trick champs!

Honestly, azir and sol are fine . Shaco and kalista needs changes.
Also Braum less hp than a ADC wtf is this game
i wont say they forgot them, its just a balancing nightmare for each one of them [except shaco maybe]
if any of those 3 got touched with buffs they will break high elo and pro scane that they will be hit to be back to what they are.
It is quite strange to put shaco at the same level as aurelion sol, azir and kalista, who trully deserved some changes . Whereas shaco has decent pickrate and winrate and he just received a new skin.

I remember they made a post concerning the "problem champions" like Ryze, Kalista, and Azir. Basically, the amount of work required to balance them for both pro play and the general population is better spent balancing other champions that they can reasonably make good progress on. They're forever stuck on the backburner until the small team that handles them comes up with a creative way to balance them. I assume Ryze's recent changes were a result of that.
As for Aurelion Sol, he's also a tough champion to balance for similar reasons. His skill cap is quite high and his ability to shove and roam is astronomical, all of which makes him very well suited for high-tier and pro play, but he's so different from other mages that it's tough for anybody but the most dedicated players to make good use of him. His playstyle also isn't very flashy. It looks like he's just walking around. Not really viewer friendly.
I think Shaco deserves a VGU, at the tier of Ezreal and Morgana. Not a full rework, just modernize his visuals and abilities, maybe rework one ability.
