Shaco E dmg is the real joke on you
How i'm supposed to play shaco when his E base dmg and ad ratio its literaly 50% of your whole ad? and dont try say "hey but E dmg is % based on missing hp". #REVERTSHACO

It gives him slow and it is an excecution ability.... i don't see what is wrong with it
i played shaco a couple times why does his E so low damage even though the target is low it always seems like that or the only time that a kill is possible is when the enemy is (THIS) close to death any more than tthat will be livable. it always seems like that.
if the target is at 1% it does 49.5% more damage....so if the target is at 1 life at level one it does 75 damage before armor take of the 30-35% armor and you get a whopping 45 damage for 55 mana at level 1 its not even a auto....
