Dear Riot, Please don't make Mordekaiser a slow killer

I can see why he needs to changed. A lot of his damage is in using all of his skills at once to burst someone down, and taking a free ghost. But I can't see how making him tankier and a slower killer helps him at all. If you say you don't like his burst, then look at so many other champions that use all of their abilities and kill someone almost %100 more effectively than Mordekaiser. Current Mordekaiser kit:

• He has no cc
• He has no escape
• He has to be in aa range for his q, when he has no cc to get close to someone reliably
• His w is a shield that is slow to start doing damage, and is low ranged damage
• His e is a fairly large cone of meh scaling damage
• His ult only does half of the overall damage instantly on cast

In the current meta of other bursty assassins and mages, making his killing slower will just allow the damage to come longer, negating his tankiness.

Please don't reduce my favorite champion to a forgotten memory.
