Riot would you kindly reduce overall damage?

As the tilte says would you kindly reduce overall damage dealt by CHAMPIONS by let's say 25%, considering there is Thunderlord's for a key mastery also Fervor and Grasp, it really is frustrating when anything can burst you down with just 1 combo or sometimes not even that, just my opinion, i'm open to conversation.
