@Riot You are going the wrong direction with this Ahri change
I don't post here often, but it seems you are going in a direction I have seen many other games go, and it never seems to work.
First it was the Zed W-Q change, and now it is this Ahri change. The theme here is removing the technical depth of a champion in the name of clarity, which I completely understand may seem like a good idea on the surface, but please at least consider it. The last time we saw a game do something like that, it was Super Smash Bros Brawl. They removed wavedashing and L cancelling because they thought it was unfair and unclear to new players, and while that might have been true, it completely neutered the complexity and enjoyment that the game had.
I know it might be a hard thing to decide on, trying to balance clarity and depth, but it seems you are always taking the clarity side. When it comes to the most minor clarity issues like Ahri's E stopping dashes (which could just as easily be fixed via tooltip ala Veigar cage), the depth you get for keeping it in there vastly out weighs the slight lack of clarity you would have without the change implemented.
tl;dr dont forgo the depth of your game in the name of clarity, it's a dangerous path to go down.
