Utility Crit

I believe there was a thread recently about future crit item changes. I believe this is much needed as there is little satisfaction from building a crit build but the problem is that if you introduce items that are too powerful then they are going to get nerfed the next day. I think that what is needed are some utility crit items... what I mean by this is items with actives that make them powerful so that instead of just shuffle stepping everywhere and doing insane damage or just getting instagibbed there is counterplay for ADCs.

An example of this would be an item which gives a short dash, a significant burst of attack speed/attack damage/range, or something with a similar effect to zhonya's.

I don't see how an increase in stats would ever be considered "utility". Those type of actives are really dumb and nobody likes an active that is just "I get to hit harder/attack faster" those are way better suited to be passives that are behind some sort of condition

they had those items, and then they removed them

you have to be carful becuase crit damage is 200% so any item that has crit needs to be watched carfully or adcs will remain broken forever
