Color Hints on Rune Page

Hi all,

This is one simple feature request. Sometimes, especially when on a rush to change runes, I have this 'deer-on-headlights" moment I am sure some of you have too. The rune icons are monochrome and they could be color hinted (before hovering) so we can select faster. sometimes picking the runes takes less time than finding the right icon.
