I'm going to keep this "very" simple, becayse I don't want to put more effort than Riot puts into Lore lately:

All I can say about decision and their lore team is:

Laziness, incompetence, arrogance, disrespect towards your community, hypocrisy...

No, destroying years of collected material just because YOU are not able to put more into it doesn't even deserve a complete sentence. But I think it's pretty clear why I've chosen this nouns.

I agree that the retcon is not what I wanted, but I don't think belittling them is going to help at all... What exactly would you like changed and why? This sort of thread won't help make changes to their decisions.
