Playing Viktor is like beating a dead horse

title says it all, viktor hasn't had an update since his big nerf, he hasn't had a skin in 2 1/2 years and a good skin in 6 years, his first item's price is a joke, and if he cant get it hes pretty much screwed in lane without a jungler camping, Im not asking riot to give him a full rework buff fix whatever, but some quality of life changes like lowering his first item price so he doesn't have to sit in lane for 10 minutes would be nice, and his W stun activating faster because 99% of the time if the enemy is competent they know you'll put it down. viktor laning vs a tank is a joke since a tank will simply out damage you because 1 MR item denies all your damage early game, hes not bad midlane if there weren't 20 ranged control mages that are meta right now and clearly better at doing everything viktor can x20, revive the mad scientist cyberman riot, revive him..
