10 reasons why League completely ripped off smite
Smite has wukong, and league stole wukong
in the earliest ideas of beta the founder of riot worked with the founter of smite and league was gonna be an FPS. but smite took the idea in the future

Also both Wukongs are based off of the hero/god from Chinese mythology. League did an adaptation of him, whereas Smite (given their thematic) did a literal interpretation of him

Wukong is based from Chinese mythology. You can say the same about Ahri and japanese mythology. They are adaptations done simply because there are no copyright infringements over those.
