Dont see why ahri's charm doesn't stop dashes like it used to

All it did was remove a high level mechanic from competent players. Remove the movement speed bonus because is unnecessary and give back the ability for charm to stop dashes. Slowly this game is losing the "SKILL" aspect and its just losing the ability to be competitive from the individuals perspective.
