Banner Of Command

I would seriously like to know how the conversation went to the changes on banner. "well it essentially makes AP champions useless so we should change it"- "well fuck lets make it so it makes everyone equally useless". I mean come on I was honestly 1V1'd by a bannered cannon minion because I couldn't damage it.(I've gone into custom games afterwards with friends to check it out further) You've made minion dematerializer a MUST HAVE rune against any team that might build one or your jungler has to smite it. This item is single handedly murdering rune diversity which if i recall was the whole point of your rune change. You've admitted yourselves its either a garbage item or game breaking. Please remove it from your game and I don't mean next patch I mean hot fix this piece of shit.
