Everyone's probably going to start taking Precision secondary again. Takedown + Execute runes are too powerful working together. I mean, maybe now it's possible for Resolve to compete somewhat, but...
Honestly, the whole heal on takedown thing probably wasn't even healthy to begin with, but if it's going to exist at all it really shouldn't be a rune. It clearly overwhelmed all other options until you penalized casters out of taking precision. Maybe consider just making it an inherent game mechanic.
