Why arent more game modes available DAILY

Why can't Riot just make these game modes available every day? I've had work the last 2 times URF was up...won't see it for a month now because what....they're trying to control what their population plays?

You have tens of millions of players. I think the least of your concerns should be player density on a variety of game modes. Would be nice to have something other thank Ranked, troll (normals), and aram to play on this, especially when I love URF so much....

Anyone else agree?

They cant keep the game up and running and 2 times last couple of days they required maintenance to fix a maintenance issue. How can we expect more game modes?
