I had been reported for no reason

So the thing was that i didn't give my mid any buffs because he was really bad. And I think that was a waste if I give the buff to him. I didn't say anything bad to him. He asked me why i didn't give him blue buff and I answered the truth, because he was bad and I think he may give the buff to the enemies( he let 50 health left enemy passed through his lane in front of his eyes and talked toxically to our bot lane players) Then after the game, the system sent me a message and told me that I was reported. Riot, whats wrong with you?

Oh and also, the run-gun should belong to players not AI that new adc sucks.
