Help！Not sure why i got this ban

I got an email for using 3rd party program but i never used any 3rd party program and i haven't played this game for 2 weeks cause Xmass trip. Then i saw the email，my account is banned untill Feb 22 22:22:22 Pst. Is this a joke？ look at the date. And why？Is this some kind of bug caused by windows10 game helper？ I heard something before about that， but i am not sure. And also，is there a number that i can call for help？

You need to submit a support ticket, no one on the boards can really help you with this and riot doesn't respond here often.

Funny I should see this topic... I have a great ISP with few and far between hiccups however here lately only when I play League's 5v5 do I have disruptions. I though it was my ISP... Was it you?! You drop hacking me boy?!
