[Vote] Should Riot give Lux a full rework

As seen by many posts seems to be champion that doesn't have a clear uniqueness from other mages. Ex. Need a control mage? Anivia, Need a Sniper? Xerath or Vel Koz, Need a high utily mage? Morgana and etc. A rework for her kit seems like a good idea since other older champs in the game got a new kit when the champion isn't defining enough.

Shouldn't be reworked, but definitely needs her base damages toned down a bit. The fact too many people are running her as a support in the lower tiers is starting to become a massive burden (which should increase if that proposed "30% kill cooldown refund on ulti" thing kicks in).
