Seriously? This Akali nerf is the worst thing that ever hit the live servers! Just revert her to old Akali if you can't balance her correctly! No healing? How the hell did you guys accept such nerf! Her main key of being a successful assassin beside her mobility is that she has some sustain in the lane Now 0 ! Removed her shroud's true stealth, Then what's the point of the new shroud anyway !!! Revert her then! Just give her the old abilities if you can't balance the new akali not destroy it!

You're implying that old Akali wasn't a problem.

Nothing screams assassin more than lane sustain.

Would you give her lowered cd on her ult. As of now it's a 2 minute cooldown at level 1. Why does she get one of the longest cooldown ults, while it's needed for her to get on target to kill? She doesn't have cdr in her builds as much as mages. She has 2 ap scalings without ult and it's really hard for her to get on target against ranged mages who cast far back. She's never going to get a chance to get ahead with her current kit. This was riot's way of putting her in the gutter like they do to ryze after every rework so they don't have to try balancing her.

I think they're trying to dial back the annoying parts of her kit to get her out of 100% pick/ban so they can address her with bigger changes later.

Obviously her current state isn't ideal. The reason she's being dumpstered is because she's banned in basically every game and riot doesn't know how to balance her current kit. This is pretty typical for the balance team when preparing for a rework.

No it isn't typical, removing her heal pretty much removes what Akali was and is. Now she's literally a new champion now, and she's gonna get genarlized into the assassin role with no unique theme, I swear this community shits on Assassins and divers way too fucking much. Mages and Bruisers can do what assassins do and better, yet no major nerfs to them.

I strongly disagree on the point that it isn't typical. See the aatrox nerfs before the aatrox rework, the yi nerfs before the essense reaver rework, the poppy nerfs before the poppy rework, etc.

This is 100% typical. Akali being made useless is part of this same cycle.

Are we looking at the same patch notes? The only reworks that happened to be getting these changes were only: Aatrox, Akali and Irelia. Irelia is literally a bad jax, Aatrox got his identity removed, because he is known literally as the healing demon guy, and Akali is literally the healing assassin.

There is a difference between Poppy rework and Akali rework. They literally stated before that Poppy will be pretty much a new champion with just she looks barely recognizable, but they stated that Akali will have the same feeling, some mechanics and looks the same.

Yes it is part of the cycle, but I fucking want my heal back somehow.
