I don't know but i'm really sick of people just instalocking in normal blind matches after a lane was taken by someone i really believe that these people should get some sort of a punishment for instant locking. E.G. you take top with akali and only adc left, that players says " i'm going top or i feed " so you have to go adc akali. i do believe many people went through crap like this
Try not playing blinds, it helps everything from team quality to sanity.
I instalock every game. Do I deserve to be punished? Whether I instalock or not doesn't change anything.

there is no "position has been taken" in blind.
it's niceto follow call order, but it isn't a rule.
Riot doesn't support the practice of calling lanes; it's upheld as a common courtesy to your fellow player. It's not enforced.
Pick > Call or Call > Pick :c Everyone believes in something else especially when it benefits them. If you're not into that sort of thing then I'd suggest moving to draft pick. Helps prepare you for rank and you'll nearly always get the lanes you want.
riot has flat out stated that instalocking in blind pick is legal
Blind pick is for whatever you want. Draft pick is there for a reason.
