I just got 4800 ip and im looking for a new top laner. I think I narrowed it down to renekton, vladimir or fiora. I'm looking for someone I can carry games with and use in a silver elo ranked game. Do you guys have an opinion on whos the best? If you have another suggestion, I would appreciate if you leave a comment.
P.S. I already have Wu and Riven.

I'd say Renekten. He's tanky, has a stun, and has good sustain because of his rage passive. If not Renekten, then Fiora for the true damage passive and the heal from the ulti.
Well, Fiora is in a very powerful state but also gets banned a lot.
I'd recommend taking whoever suits your playstyle out of Vlad and Renek.
Vlad if you want to play relatively passive early, just poking and sustaining through the early game hopefully whittling your opponent out of lane, then adding a great amount of damage to teamfights.
Or Renek if you want to be the ultimate bully, smashing your opponent out of lane, taking the top towers and then pushing your team to an early victory.
in silver, renekton would be a good choice. he's tanky, has high damage, crowd control, mobility and sustain
overall though, it depends upon your playstyle
Just get renekton. Fiora might be OP as f now, but she will get nerfed into oblivion soon enough.
