is currently listed as one of the worst junglers in the game right now via Champion.gg - so she definitely could use some buffs.

W: Winter's Wrath

New Effect Deals 80% bonus damage to monsters and heals for 2% of her maximum health

E: Permafrost

Stun duration increased from 1/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4 to 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds

R: Glacial Prison

New Effect The Storm now grounds all champions within it and can now stun multiple enemy champions if the bola hits multiple enemy champions

If this isn't a troll post, I have some stuff to say.

Sejuani does NOT need more CC. Her CC is the reason why she's kept at such a low winrate. Her CC is so good and reliable in pro-play that Sejuani has to be kept underpowered in solo queue.

That sounds like an LCS jungler's wet dream. Or nightmare (depending on whose team has her). She has always been played a lot in pro games despite the low winrate because she's a good team fighter. To stun multiple targets with one range ult, clear camps faster and heal off of it would make it beyond OP.

She's always been good. She's just not good in solo que, and this would break her in any game.

Max rank e 1.4s to 2.5, do you know how effective 1.1 more seconds is in a stun? You will never move and will tilt all the way to oblivion, that W change seems good tho.

The W fine but the E and R hell no that would make her so broken. If any E buff just make it 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 but yours would legit make her 100% ban.
