Observing LoL's userbase; the volatile side

Greetings fellow players, I have not played this game in over a year. I was a tad disappointed upon returning to see even though the game has changed alot. Everyone still acts the same. People are rude and don't cooperate. There should be a bigger penalty for being mean to other players. Penalize them and make it so the bad players can only play with other bad players (griefers, harassers etc) for a set period of time. Make it so they cant win IP for a certain amount of games. Just suggestions. Winning games would be easier with a team thats willing to cooperate for sure. Just a side note if anyone is interested in playing with someone who wont nerd rage if you make a small mistake, hit me up in game. I'm looking for a duo partner
